In 2016, I began to ask myself if it was time to start another business. That was because the results of the certification examination I wrote at a Public Relations Institute were just released and I passed. So, like other successful candidates, I was invited for convocation and induction. It was a perfect opportunity for me to start a digital marketing agency.
Since the ceremony was going to be an opportunity to network, I decided to attend with business cards. Consequently, I checked for the availability of the name that was playing in my head. It was available for registration with CAC and the domain name was available. In case you are not a Nigerian, CAC is the government’s agency for registering new companies.
However, without registering the name, I created the business cards, had them printed, and went for the ceremony.
It was over 7 months later I finally got rid of procrastination and registered my digital marketing agency.
But that was after it had generated 6 figure income multiple times.

- Your digital marketing skills will improve by the day: All clients do not have the same problems. As you tackle their problems (alongside your team members), your mind will expand. And you will definitely learn more as new challenges get thrown at you.
- You will be an employer of labor: Trust me, you cannot do it alone. You have to ensure you have reliable people who can handle things for you when you are too busy to.
- You will mingle with lots of high profile persons: Trust me, most of the people who can afford us are well-to-d0. Imagine serving them so well that they become your friends. The opportunities are endless.
