Kingsley Aigbona is different things to different people. While HR Managers of various firms know him as a workplace activation trainer, small business owners see him as a business consultant. Kingsley is also a media entrepreneur, a tech entrepreneur, and runs a handful of firms.
Kingsley runs The Learning Edge Limited, a Consulting, Training and Recruiting company based in Lagos State. Through The Learning Edge platform, he has designed, organized and facilitated courses that attracted staff of organizations such as Masters Energy Oil & Gas Ltd, Ogun State House of Assembly, MTN, Visafone, Shell (Cameroun), SNEPCO, Guaranty Trust Bank, First Bank of Nigeria Plc, Nestle Nigeria Plc, Multichoice, Huawei, and lots more. Kingsley Aigbona is also a speaker/coach for Speak First, a global/UK training firm.
He trains executives on Negotiating & Persuasion, Performance Management, and Customer Service. Aigbona also trains personnel on Workplace Attitude, Workplace Conflict Management, Perception Management, Sales, Marketing, and so on. Kingsley also facilitates Strategy Sessions and Executive Retreats for various organizations.
Kingsley is the author of The Z of Marketing: How I Make Rapid Sales and How You Too Can. Apart from The Learning Edge Ltd, Kingsley also run The Techpartners Services Ltd, Relaxific Solutions Ltd, and BrandWagon PR & Media. In addition to these, he has at various points been contracted for periods ranging from one month and more to actually run organizations for clients in a bid to bring them back ‘on their feet’ before handing them back.
